Phoenix Community Yoga

*Phoenix is a nationwide sober active community that offers local events where the only cost to participate is 48 hours of sobriety.

*Together we find strength in ourselves and power in community through activities.

*Here you will find a welcoming space which offers support and smiles as we "rise, recover, and live."

*This yoga class is gently led but offers a chance to feel strong, gain mobility, and find self balance. All levels of experience welcome - sessions are tailored to those in attendance.
