ZOOM! Stretch, Strengthen, and Shine Yoga

This class welcomes every Body to stretch, strengthen, and SHINE, all from the comfort of your home space!

*Full-Body yoga practice that will have you feeling good from the inside out

*Create connection through steady breath and mindful movement that encourages stability, ease, and enjoyment

*Whether using props or not please know that this is still a class that builds strength, increases mobility , invites the power of the breath. This class is 75 minutes long to allow plenty of time for different options as you move into a pose and experience comfortable space and sensation.

*Props are a way to help us find space and feel supported throughout practice, though the use of props is optional as you are encouraged to make the best choices for yourself in the moment

PROP OPTIONS: Chair (non-rolling), 2 blocks or thick books, blanket or towel, bolster or pillow (or 2!)

Come as you are and harness the energy already within you, leave with a calmer mind, open heart, and balanced self.

Rejuvenating Bend and Breathe Yoga

*Whether you spend your days on the river or in the mountains, at work or running errands, evening yoga is a beneficial way to transition from the busyness of the day into the relaxation of the night.

*This is an opportunity to let go of the day with a stretching and strengthening practice that will leave you feeling centered, relaxed, and revitalized inside and out.

*Props are available and pose variations/options will be offered to help you come into each pose with confidence and ease.

As your guide, I work to make it simple to experience tangible results and affect positive change on the mat and in life through breath work, physical postures, chakra awareness, and Yogic philosophy.

Group Wellness Yoga

Grow your group's connection and clarity through the opportunity for self care through a shared wellness experience.

For businesses, offering yoga for your people on a regular basis is an excellent way to encourage wellness of the mind and body by harnessing tools that reduce stress/anxiety, increase energy, and cultivate awareness. Our time together will give your employees a chance to build lasting resilience while fostering the knowledge that you are in this together to support collaboration

For other groups (families, retreats, organizations, and special events) the practice of yoga can be a wonderful shared activity whether at the start or end of your time together. Yoga can support development of a strong sense of personal individuality within the group and the cultivation of present moment awareness through moving the body and settling the mind.

Practices are designed for your group and to promote personal strength and mobility for anyBODY, which can then be taken off the mat to promote a greater sense of individual and group purpose.

I bring the peace, positivity, and practice to you - all your need are open minds and ready smiles!

Practices can be chair-based or with use of mats (I can bring up to 15 mats)

I treasure sharing a practice surrounded by Montana's beauty that will invites connection, appreciation, and feeling good inside and out!

Each sequence is tailored to and uniquely designed for you, your party, and the space that we're in, and all requests/preferences/ideas are welcome as I plan your custom practice!

All ages and levels of experience will find this a wonderful way to prepare for the occasion.
