Yoga has been a support to me as a cornerstone for making healthy choices for my mind, body, and life.
My practice has helped me to work and move through past traumas which used to hold me back from living fully.
I can truly feel myself enjoy every moment outside in the woods, by the river, in the kitchen, and in the wonderful company of my pack of furry friends!
