
This class welcomes every Body to stretch, strengthen, and SHINE, all from the comfort of your home space!
*Full-Body yoga practice that will have you feeling good from the inside out
*Create connection through steady breath and mindful movement that encourages stability, ease, and enjoyment
*Whether using props or not please know that this is still a class that builds strength, increases mobility , invites the power of the breath. This class is 75 minutes long to allow plenty of time for different options as you move into a pose and experience comfortable space and sensation.
*Props are a way to help us find space and feel supported throughout practice, though the use of props is optional as you are encouraged to make the best choices for yourself in the moment
PROP OPTIONS: Chair (non-rolling), 2 blocks or thick books, blanket or towel, bolster or pillow (or 2!)
