ZOOM! Full Body Yoga with a Chair

*Full-Body yoga practice that gives you the ultimate support as you stretch, strengthen, and SHINE while utilizing a chair, mat, and a blanket throughout practice.

*Create connection through the breath and find movement that encourages stability, ease, and enjoyment

*While we use a chair please know that this is still a class that builds strength, increases mobility through stretching, invites the power of the breath.

*Please ensure you have a space that is open for wide movement in chair, standing, and on floor.

*FOR CLASS: Have a non-rolling chair, blanket, mat or towel, and option to have 2 yoga blocks or 2 thick books

*Please log in at least a couple minutes early to ensure you are ready to go and have any Zoom updates completed.
