Yoga can support development of a strong sense of personal individuality within the group and the cultivation of present moment awareness through moving the body and settling the mind.
Practices are designed for your group and to promote personal strength and mobility for anyBODY, which can then be taken off the mat to promote a greater sense of individual and group purpose.
